The State Pension which according to Labour and some News channels implies that every pensioner receives £221.20 a week New Sate Pension but this amount only applies if you have 35 years of National Insurance. There are thousands of pensioners who get £100 a week and some even less than this. Also it has been suggested that a quarter of Pensioners are millionaires which to some people will mean that the other three quarters may not be that far behind.
