  1.  @hydrolifetech7911  Thanks for your comment. I’m an American electrical engineer and worked in Asia for 15 years. I’m older now and still work but repatriated back to the US about 12 years ago. I don’t have current first hand knowledge, but in the 90’s and early 2000s the Chinese EEs were surprisingly ordinary even though many had degrees from top US schools. For some reason they lacked the creativity and ingenuity to get anywhere near cutting edge comprehension. We very underwhelmed when we arrived and had time to assess the local talent
