  2. I can’t believe Peter didn’t know this. Also the 10-12 folks on the right can’t stop anything if a few of the 200+people on the left decide to get something done

  3.  @colejosephalexanderkashay683  My apologies. I know the process but don’t follow it follow it all. Peter mentioned a handful of Republicans holding thing up, he didn’t say anything about the Speaker of the House withholding the vote. I’ll look into this particular appropriation and comment back if I find anything interesting. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

  4.  @colejosephalexanderkashay683  Correct, but the Democrats are allowed to participate in the vote to fund the Ukrainian war effort, so the problem is all the Democrats and the 10-12 holdouts on the right.
