  1. Every accident I've ever seen loading & unloading using ramps is the ramps scooting backwards. I always pin or strap the ramps forward. The truck is going to be a real rabbit hole, everything touched is going to lead to another problem. Looking at all the things that aren't fixed or fixed marginally, how far will the owner be willing to go? Because the original opinion when the truck was brought in was a fuel pump problem, that suggests to me it was cranking, so not the battery or connection. As a guess, the tow truck ride probably loosened the sediment in the fuel pump or fuel filter.
