  3. Incorrect, they'd have to breach contract etc. Writing game guides is certainly in their perview as 'game journalists' and asking the whole team + freelance for 50 a week isn't a big deal. Unless you suggest actually playing videogames is against their job description.

  4. He has starforge for one, to cancel it they'd have to advertise what it is and simultaneously cancel all other affilliated streamers. Even reddit and twitter at the height of their power probably couldn't do it.
