Lots of videos on Twitter of the Ukrainian military fleeing Lysychansk, literally running of their lives, one guy mentioning that he never wants to go back to that hell, one road littered with their burned out vehicles, the people welcoming the Russian army and soldiers. Doesn't look at all like an organized exit. Also lots of videos showing the abandoned NATO/Western weapons you mentioned, Alex, now in the hands of Russia. LOL!
