Ukraine will accept no more funding and weapons from the US or its allies, and we will negotiate with Russia to end the war, acknowledging the following: - US/NATO must leave Ukraine. - Ukraine must start developing internal revenue. - The areas that have voted overwhelmingly to be with Russia are no longer part of Ukraine. - Crimea has always been Russian; its administration was transferred to Ukraine arbitrarily by Khrushchev without approval of Crimea.. - Ukraine will be better off rebuilding with peaceful trade relationships with its neighbors. - Steps will be taken immediately to reinstate freedom and democracy (without interference from the US or West). - Ukraine will enter into a non-aggression pact with Russia.
