  2. LOL! I have a theory that a person's upbringing and intellectual capacity will still be apparent when dementia shows up. Those embedded pathways will diminish, but they won't change. With that in mind, the obvious conclusion is that Biden has been something of an intellectual dud throughout his do-nothing career. Astonishing, that such a dud actually became a senator, then the president as dementia seeped into his vacuous brain.
