  1. Totally agree. Even if Ukraine were to be rebuilt with the stolen funds, it would be by US companies, CEOs and NGOs, all plundering the funds. Part of the peace agreement could involve Russian assistance for the rebuilding of Ukraine. If I were Putin, part of the peace agreement would be both US and NATO totally out of Ukraine.
