So many layers to unpack from that threat: US role in the failed Arab Spring; Biden's history of belligerence and hubris; US interference in other countries; Biden's stupidity; Biden's willingness to fund 500,000 deaths to attack Russia; Biden may be more in charge than we believe; Biden's puerility; etc.
