She gets it. I like her.

The free world will not allow the free and democratic nation of Taiwan to be destroyed. We would help Taiwan defend itself.

What's changed is nations realize they need to be self-sufficient in terms of military resources and critical goods so they aren't vulnerable to potential enemies.

US Dollar. Solid as a rock, always had been, always will be.
10
"apocalyptic" click bait π

The only threat to Europe is Russia. Ukraine is reducing the power of Russia. Therefore, Europe should give them tanks. Simple logic.
9
After watching Russia nationalize foreign assets people are reminded China could do the same.
9
@israelvaldivia2686Β I've been hearing about the downfall of the dollar for decades. Every time people say, "This time, it's for real," and it never is. But hey, go ahead and bet against the dollar and see how that works out for you.
8
Now if Putin would just tell his buddy Erdogan to back off and let them join we can move on and deal with the more urgent matter.
8
We need to have something in the Asia Pacific region like the EU and NATO.
7
Not a good idea for politics and personal beliefs to substitute for effective decision making based on business data. Poor judgement, productivity will decline. It's just bad business.
6
An opportunity to find out what people are really willing to accept to reduce hydrocarbon consumption. This is what the environmentalist have been asking for, let's see how it works out for them.
6
Brave soldiers to fight against Putin's huge army and enormous arsenal of weapons to defend thier freedom. Slava Ukraini!
5
Putin is becoming predictable. I hope with all my heart Ukraine can push Putin's army back to pre-war boundaries. That tyrant cannot be allowed to take sovereign territory. Slava Ukraini!
5
Good. Exports will increase, tourism will increase, and our trade deficit will decrease.
4
Not sure what to make about that. Strange development
4
@J.D.VisionΒ there just aren't any alternatives that don't carry a lot of risk. As much as some people might like to see the dollar replaced, there just aren't any safe and practical alternatives. You can enjoy your retirement without concern.
4
Still believe in de-dollarization? Not gonna happen π
4
Putin is capable of any atrocity. I would be worried too.
3
People keep saying the dollar will be replaced. I keep saying its not going to happen. This is my response to everyone who trolls the dollar π I told you so π
3
Gonna have to come down a lot more before gas prices go down. Don't know why prices in the oil market are out of sync with prices at the pump.
3
Pushing Putin out of Ukraine will be good for the global economy. Allowing a tyrant to seize territory from another country is destabilizing.
3
Sometimes you can't buy them at any price. Half the time I go to the store, there just aren't any to buy.
3
The Ukrainian people don't want him to surrender. Life under Putin's rule would be hell on earth. I don't know where you are from but a famous revolutionary in my country said "give me liberty or give me death" and most of us still believe that way. I would never surrender my freedom. Never.
3
It depends on the neighborhood. Nothing is locked up in the small town I live in, but when I visit friends in Oakland, California, everything is locked up tight.
3
Gotta do something about all these Putin trolls. They are the internet orcs.
3
Had funds in Pimco years ago, sure glad I don't now.
2
Excluded from EU for human rights violations. Prohibited arms deals with Russia. Violation of Cyprus sovereignty. Blocking entry of Finland and Sweden. With friends like that who needs enemies?
2
It plays out like this: US companies invest in China and can't get their money out. They build manufacturing plants and China copies their process and closes foreign plants. The companies get bailed out by the government, and we the people pay the bill. Been there, done that.
2
Complicated π€
2
So pathetic to see posts all over social media promoting crypto. Desperate to hype it because they're holding worthless assets as the ponzi scheme scam crumbles. Kept my funds in property and solid equities and doing just fine π
2
Yeah, I'm seeing a lot of recycled footage on all of the channels. With so much press I'm disappointed we're not getting a broader picture.
2
The Ukrainians are more creative and effective than Putin's people. Ukraine deserves to get their land back.
1
Why is an ally of Putin in the EU and NATO?
1
The West better start looking at dependency on China too. Economic war may be just as dangerous as military conflict.
1
Hardly independent, all paid Putin trolls preaching Putin's lies.
1
Chinese bots jumped on this fast. Covert influence campaigns are part of China's strategy. CCP bots flood any video that disparage China.
1
Putin's army of paid trolls is getting bigger every day. No worries, verified evidence of Russian atrocities is growing every day and the trolls will be judged as complicit and equally guilty.
1
Putin says neutrality, he means surrender.
1
We fought WW2 because we cared about freedom and democracy in Europe. We fought against tyranny and aggression. What has changed? Now we only care about our bank accounts, cat videos, and celebrity scandals.
1
Nothing but Putin trolls on Bloomberg comments. Turn off comments Bloomberg.
1
Bitcoin is great for concealing criminal transactions. But its also good for people living under tyranny that need an alternative currency that the government cant control.
1
Β @setsrteghsrtehdrthsedrgsdr7966Β Putin will destroy the Ukrainian culture, erase everything that makes them unique, and destroy their identity as Ukrainians. He will kill or imprison anyone that objects to his actions. He will take away their freedom and rule the county with puppets appointed by him. He will leave them in destroyed county with no hope. The people will be impoverished and beat down into submission.
