  1.  @tonymaries1652  the reality is Putin has to come away from this with something to show for it. The separatist regions have always been problematic for Ukraine and Crimea is already lost. I get your point about self-determination but what other choice is there?

  2. I don't know if the Ukraine government reads these comments but IMHO they should give up Crimea, Donbas, and Luhansk but nothing else. Never give up your right to arm yourself. Never give up the right to make your own policy. You must remain a sovereign nation.

  3.  @stischer47  Hitler didn't have nuclear weapons. If Putin didn't have nuclear weapons we would be there with boots on the ground and the war would be over quickly.
