@ishanperusinghe maybe so. Or maybe more Americans need to grow up and start acting like mature adults. We used to have civil conversation with each other and now we see each other as enemies.

@theresoluteone I'm not from the UK but from the outside they don't seem to have the kind of hatred between political parties we have in the US. I admire UK democracy and most EU democracies. You don't see any of their political parties trying to take power when they lose an election.

If democracy fails in the US the whole world will be effected. I wish Trump had better ratings on his reality show so he never would have gone into politics. It's not clear we can recover from the mess he made of our democracy.

Arguing about the legitimacy of an election prevents us from discussing the important issues. Trump and his cult are bringing this country down.

I work the polls during most elections and I can tell you we have free and fair elections in America. The problem is that Trump didn't like the results so he tried to seize power despite losing. This has never happened before. If we don't condemn this kind of behavior we are going down and probably taking the world down with us.

@johnanthonylucock7833 it's exactly those kinds of lies that are creating the problem. Trump people want to win so bad they will break our democracy to get what they want. They don't care if they destroy the country in order to take power.
