The Afghan people had a choice and now they have to live with it.

@miamullins6960 if the Afghan people didn't want the Taliban they could have worked with the West to get rid of them. I think now it was a mistake for the West to go there in the first place. I'm sorry for the women and people of Afghanistan that are being hurt by the Taliban but outsiders can't change things even if they wanted to.

@uf9309 no argument from me. If that's what they want that's what they get. Hopefully we will learn from our mistakes.

@hannahdyson7129 clearly you never went to Afghanistan to see all of the NGOs and other Americans risking their lives to help. You dishonor women and men who gave their lives to help with a statement like that.
