  1. This time last year Manchin gladly accepted money for his state to establish a national park and opioid relief. Every year his state receives a check because his state, entire stare belongs to the Appalachian Regional Commission because it's so distressed. Now he's worried bout how money is spent. No media will bring this up or point out the hypocrisy of his current position to him.
