  1. Using Trump as an example, should Joe Biden lose the Election he does not have to leave office. Biden can use advice given to him and claim cheating went on despite lack of any evidence and have Kamala Harris refuse to certify the election and then he send his supporters to the U.S. Capitol and try to stop the transfer of power. Did I leave anything out? If it fails, he has built in immunity, so it seems like a win win situation.
