He's not speaking from an anti-Black perspective; he's speaking from a perspective of and telling white people that Black people were vital to America's existence as well as white people.

Also see Deuteronomy 15:12-18. Now, did you know God did send the Israelites into "captivity" as punishment for not keeping his Laws and Statutes? Did you know God commanded the Israelites to take the "heathen" that are round about you as Bondmen and Bondmaids?
