With that being said are you saying you don't care about the poor, very poor performing white kids who come from broken homes with parents who were poorly educated as well and they have no choice but go to bad schools? I know where they are why do you insist on leaving them behind and pretending they're not there? You're actually proving that your only intentions here are to be racist if you practice singling out one group especially if the group you're hiding and giving a pass to you are a part of.

That's not fair to them, white people are decreasing in population size in the U.S. and you don't want white kids with low grades to be helped.

  12.  @JDmix123  Are you aware that city and rural school systems are both failing children and the welfare to work requirement is different between city and rural areas? A person in the city will lose welfare benefits sooner than a rural recipient based on unemployment numbers. Why do people always label Black kids as lazy non-learners and give the white kids with the same issues a pass?

It seems to me if we want to make money the same as white people who make more than $10 an hour after paying almost $100K for college, race relations are now bad, we demand to make enough money to raise a family and we've made race relations bad. We point out discrimination and we're setting relations back.
