There are things I find interesting though as you said, Slaves were counted as people for gain Congressional seats but later Dredd Scott was told he was not a person and therefore has no rights as an American. In the KJV the law as given by God was not to return the Bond man and the founding fathers said "we aren't God fearing" by writing into the U.S. Constitution a slave must be return to the slave states, this is so interesting. You need to face facts, the founding fathers used Articles and Sections of the U.S. Constitution to uphold and support slavery. The Legislative and Judicial branches supported it as well.
