The other day I saw a story about the new trend (or whatever) of grand-parents having to raise children now due to the fact that the parent(s) are no longer in the house because they are dead or in treatment. Grand-parents raising children was not a big issue when it was Black grand-parents who had to do it. I see now that the shoe is on the other foot, it's a problem. This monster has not even started to ravage your community yet. You will despair.
