I especially love the way he took money from U.S. tax payers in December 2020 to establish a National Park in his state and also money to combat Opioid addiction and his state continues to take money from U.S. Tax Payers through the Appalachian Regional Commission while at the same time he's having concerns about debt. Stunning, simply stunning.
