  38.  @everythingshih-tzu3146  Right now companies are calling people back to work because the companies who took the stimulus loans are not required to pay back the loans if they rehire people laid off due to COVID-19. They are actually paying people with government funds. I hope the rate keeps going down so American can go back to living check to check, the way intended by companies. It's so sad that our country does not have a leader.
