  1. I think car theft should get you 7 years w/o parole and add time for child in the car, use of weapon, gender and age of victim and anything else that makes a person think twice.

  3.  @bullpup1337  That's happened in the U.S. recently. No parole means you do every second of sentencing after your trial and conviction.

  4.  @bullpup1337  There are sentencing guidelines already in place for other crimes. If a person steals, they really hurt people so this seems fair to me. All thieves need to be put on notice. LOL! I may be flexible and make it 4 to 5.
