  1. The answer is probability of exposure. Everyone does not get to work from home. Some people use public transportation more than others. Some people have jobs that put them at more risk of infection by coming into contact with more people. I went to the CDC website and found that hypertension and diabetes rates were not dramatically different between whites, Blacks, and Hispanics. Before anyone speaks I know Hispanic is not a race.
