Candace Owens said Hitler's practices weren't bad until he decided to take them outside his borders. Does that mean the genocide is okay within your own borders, just don't try to expand it outside of your borders? She said he wanted to make Germany great. Candace owens is not a student of history, I think that she's never read anything about Hitler. She could have at least pulled up a video on YouTube or a History Channel show.
