Both countries have used mines in that area. Ukraine has no reason to lie as it is understandable since they are being invaded. Putin was never going to let the grain out thru the sea. He was always going to find excuses to hold it up and stop it. Putin is not concerned about other countries starving.

@motivator3581 I don't disagree always good propaganda to be seen as the good guy. They have only got a fraction out so far so we will see in the end for ourselves.

@mr_kalyug Russia the country that says it killed 50 generals in one go. lol. The same country that blockaded Ukraine's Ports and invaded after saying it wouldn't. The same country that says it is stopping almost all the weapons coming into Ukraine but these massive weapons keep appearing regularly. The Ghost of Ukraine was nothing more then a moral boost for the people and everyone who wasn't silly new that. Russia mined the ports early to stop trade as a part of their war tactic to stop weapons trade and economic sales. They have both done it and you are blind to not see that.
