President Trump was surrounded by reporters asking him questions and he answered without a teleprompter. This is why you never see biden surrounded by reporters. He cannot answer a question without a teleprompter or the answers on a piece of paper in his demented hands. Apparently you don’t watch biden speech’s or President Trump rally’s.
