but the ones who should apologize are dead or nearly dead already. What's the point to make unrelated people apologize for crimes they haven't committed? how is that going to make any difference

@Aslayna i am not talking about acknowledging what happened or not, i am talking about demanding the new generations of Japanese to apologize. If it was me, i dont think i would want them to apologize, i mean, they are not the ones who did it and the apology would not be sincere and it would not mean anything. Just my opinion.

but they are not wrong, because they are not the ones who committed the crimes. The ones who should apologize are already dead.

@Irma_GA I am not missing the point because I never talked about acknowledging what japanese men did in the past, of course they should admit what they did, is there even anything to discuss about that? It's you who's missing the point here because you assume that I dont think japan should admit what it did? don't call people ignorant because you are assuming things i haven't said, thank you. What I said is that I dont think the apology of the new generations should matter much as they are not the ones who committed the crimes, but of course Japan should change its history books and acknowledge what happened. it's so obvious I don't understand why I even have to clarify that and I will not lose any more time clarifying anything.
