Maybe this most recent act of terrorist agression by the Ukrainian fascist foe will finally make Putin and the Russian Federation's Ministry of Defense leaders wake-up and start a true campaing of "total war" against the Kiev political regime and what remains of its "armed forces". Putin's "overcautious" war policies are not helping him, but are counterproductive. Time for Russian military leaders to "sober-up" and act.
