The facilites where the Ukrainian government expects to mass-produce the weapons under contracts with western weapons manufacturers will be designated as targets by the Russian Armed Forces and destroyed even before the walls are built. And the Russians will give the Ukrainians no break and no respite. Every move made by the Ukrainians will be visually monitored by Russia's new "radar super surveilance" satellites.
