Maybe this most recent attack against Russian civilian targets by the Ukrainian armed forces will FINALLY jolt overcautious Putin, Shoigu and other leaders of Russia's Ministry of Defense into action. The Russian Federation should FINALLY start waiging total war against the Ukrainian Fascist political regime in Kiev and its armed forces. This is a war of movement, not of "piecemeal" strikes. While Putin and the leaders of the Russian Ministry of Defense are wasting their time "cracking their knuckles", the Ukrainian armed forces continue to attack and destroy Russian civilian targets. There are plenty of military and infrastructure targets in Ukraine the Russian Armed Forces can easily hit and destroy. Putin and Shoigu have no excuse. They vowed to defend and protect their fellow Russian citizens and yet look at what the Ukrainian foe is doing, non-stop.
