  1. BTW, obviously the guy was talking about the people who are mentally absent, taken around by relatives in wheelchairs and are not able to differentiate their environment, so not fully present. There are enough people around like that, does it matter to them where they are? The guy is right, to them it doesn't matter, but of-course their relatives lug them around not for the sake of the disabled, they just take the disabled with them sometimes, not really such a big issue, not sure why the guy was pissed off about it, probably got stuck in traffic behind somebody loading/unloading a disabled.
