  2. The only sane taxing system is NO INCOME tax but SALES tax + the poor can file their income taxes to CLAIM their sales taxes BACK. So give the poor their money back, and let the government survive with sales taxes. This was working fine before 1913 in USA, there was no income tax, 40% of all taxes were from alcohol sales and the government didn't involve the country in empire building. The worst thing is that income taxes kill people's ability to save and to invest their own money.
