  1.  @Zaprozhan  again - the judge is 100% correct in his ruling. Without the mandate, the tax this idiotic system is unconstitutional. That was actually the premise upon which Obamacare was allowed by the Supremes back in the day in the first place, because of the mandate. The Supremes were wrong, I was on the side of dissent then and now more so. Now this case will at some point go back to the Supremes, thos time around I am hoping to see sanity prevail and all these notions of government mandated insurance be thrown out. All forms of socialism and collectivism are against the nature of a human - to make his own life better by working towards it, instead it uses the other part of the human nature - jealousy and desire to get others to pay for your privileges. I am against collectivism, against socialism, against fascism, against forced work, against forced collaboration, against forced cooperation. I am for individual liberty.

  2. The judge is 100% correct. Without the tax there is no law, the law was only held together by this hair thin line. Hopefully Americans can finally figure out what to do - allow free markets to work, remove all regulations and rules and laws and taxes.
