District officials are idiotic morons with no ability to actually have their own thought, that crazy Martin Bell is a brainless automaton, robot in human clothes. He has about 1 and a half brain cells, everything else in his head is a programmed reaction response. He says 'there was a drug and it was handled and there was a violation of our policy'. He just violated my policy of avoiding listening to stupid people.
