Not good enough. Rand Paul is selling out. He said in an interview about SS that the problem can be solved by slowly raising retirement age to 70 over the next 30 years, and he says this will solve the SS problem?! WHAT A FUCKING SELLOUT. SS is insolvent, it cannot be fixed, it needs to be completely stopped now. All SS payments and taxes must be stopped right now. The people must be means tested, if you need the help, you must go to welfare, that's what SS is anyway.

SS is completely insolvent, it's all 'financed' with US bonds - so it's debt. The same problem is with all municipalities and States as well as with federal gov't. All pension funds are debt based, they cannot be paid, none of them. Cutting by 500Billion? That's NOTHING. BTW., when a politician says: cut by 500Billion, they do not mean DECREASE SPENDING. They mean DECREASE the INCREASE by 500 billion.
