  1. So if payroll taxes are bad for the economy when it's 'middle class', why would then any taxes be good when it's 'middle class'? Why would any income taxes be good for the economy if these taxes are bad? Obviously we know that all income based taxes are bad for economy, because they reduce the amount of savings and investments and allow gov't to grow beyond a percentage of the spending allocated by people, but now liberals are beginning to learn something.
