  1. Constitution is not open to interpretation, interpreting the law doesn't work when you murder somebody, so if the law is clear in case of an individual it is also clear in case of governments. Constitution lists the authority provided to government by the people. The government has abused the people and expanded infinitely beyond the original idea of what it is supposed to be and do. Governments must be destroyed.

  4. SCOTUS decides whether a law passed by Congress is Constitutional or not, it's not supposed to interpret the Constitution, it's supposed to uphold it (it is the law).
