Jobs are created when businesses expand or if there is a new business completely, a new businessman has to have his own savings to risk to start a business and/or he has to have credit from somebody who has savings. All jobs are created as a result of somebody with savings using the saved wealth to risk it for the enterprise, be it expanding an existing business or creating a new one. No poor person without access to savings can do that, it's an anomaly if that ever happens.

It's very simple: the 'rich' have the means to move the capital anywhere. The 'poor' do not. But the 'rich' are those, who build businesses. The 'poor' are the majority, who vote to get more from gov't spending. Gov't grows and somebody has to pay, the mob says: it must be somebody else. 'somebody else' means those, who have the money, but they can move the capital away. Bottom line: rich cannot and must not be taxed, if anybody cares about having actual jobs. gov't must be abolished.

@abram730 Investment is work, investment is money that was worked for and saved and not consumed for personal pleasure, leisure, etc. Investment is work that is done by a person, who worked, saved the money and is investing. When I build my company, I invest my time and money, I supply the capital and the workforce, what does it mean "it's not work"? Sounds like you don't do investments. Business doesn't 'tax labor' - this makes no sense. Product is wealth for society.

@abram730 Really? How do you think jobs come into existence? The poor create them? The government creates them? Jobs are a function of available capital and willingness to do work as investment. Of-course somebody who is not very rich can also start a business, can even succeed and make money, and then by your definition will become a "rich parasite". A simple rich parasite, who created a business and provided society with goods and services and even some jobs. Go to hell.
