How so? His take on cornering a nuclear madman is spot on. The US has played global moral police since the turn of the American century of global influence. That has began to backfire on America with global resentment towards America growing rapidly. Our Allie’s are slowly losing confidence in us and our enemies are growing more emboldened by the day. Perhaps we shouldn’t be telling others what to do when we can’t even control the morality of our own country.

Because Reddit is a polarized echo chamber of left and right dribble. RFK is uniquely neither of those things.

He’s against gun control lol. Also that’s the colleges right to eject you out of a private institution for you using your right to elect not to receive a vaccine.

You both missed the point completely. Objectively, Russia paid the highest price for WWII out of all involved parties. That objective cost was the number of dead individuals and the damage to national infrastructure. Also, you entirely missed the point of moral courage and the bravery to put yourself in your adversaries’ shoes. Stalin was a murderous maniac. But have you ever looked at the situation through his eyes? None of the world leaders at the time did, and their policy regarding Russia clearly shows that. You don’t beat a rogue nation state by misunderstanding them. Stalin and Russia showed hints at a willingness to assimilate to the western world order. Those brief moments of cooperation were pissed away by world leaders who never took the time to view the world through Russian lenses.

His take on Russia was confusing. I know that Russia only mobilized a “small” force in comparison to the totality of the Russian military. Russia could overwhelm and crush Ukraine with sheer numbers if they really wanted to. We haven’t seen that yet because it would require them to mass mobilize & I don’t think Putin currently has that in his cards. I’d say Ukraine’s success in this conflict is more of a reflection of poor planning and execution on the Russian’s part, even though Ukraine has been impressive in their resistance. His take on China is also odd. He says that China is building the world and expecting nothing in return. This is false. China IS building the world, but it’s NOT free. China is lifting 3rd world countries rapidly into modernization and industrialization. The cost of this is these nation(s) are essentially financially owned by China for 100-300 years contingent on the contracts signed by these governments. These nations will get rich quickly, but god forbid they do anything to upset their financial Chinese overlords.

Probably both. This war is brutal on both sides. Neither Russia or Ukraine are “winning” this war. They’re paying a high price in blood.
