I agree Bjorn there needs to be people to sit down and start talking regarding the Russio-Ukraine conflict but sometimes some people won't sit down and talk untill you've bloodied them enough Russia and it's government, which as you said is run by dictator Putin, is unfortunately in the latter category They will NOT come to the negotiating table untill they are exhausted on the battlefield And that's the case for the majority of authoritarian regimes
