Well Putin is in his 60s at most he has maybe another 10 years in his position because there's no way the Russian governments will let him rule on well into his 80s or 90s So in both of our lifetimes we will see a very similar thing that happened to Stalin when he died and there was a transfer of power and a race to claim it
