Until Japan starts accepting foreigners into a society and its labor force it will never start overcoming it's shrinking population The United States and its own population is shrinking but they keep accepting foreigners into the fold to replenish itself that's why I even though their birth rate is also on the decline their population has grown and grown rapidly
