Unless South Korea as well as Japan start relaxing their immigration laws and they start having their society be more open and welcoming to the idea of immigrants into their fold they're not going to start recovering and becoming more prosperous the United States has already recognized this and even though the United States has a dwindling population amongst its births it's actually growing as a nation because it allows for immigration to make up for it And it's Society regularly welcomes the idea and is receptive to immigration
