Germany and their economic development after reunification and it's a scar that still hasn't healed properly Where even to this day it's exploited in German politics, and you can even see it reflected in the political party divide as political party memberships still roughly follow the old E. German/ W. German borders And N. Korea is in a far worse state than E. Germany was, so it would be a far draining project to the government of S. Korea
