  2. That’s not quite right, a docker engine is a repository for Virtual machines, older technology meant you had to configure the resources for each VM yourself, ram, cpu cores etc, however docker manages the resources more efficiently, imagine a box full of resources that your VMs can dip into.

  3. This is definitely the CCP getting very nervous about the damage VPNs can do to the great firewall, getting rid of the evidence before the Chinese people,get hold of it. It’s like a criminal wiping his finger prints off a weapon.
