  1. I get what you mean but they didn't all do that. The specific people should be punished. The heads should pay. The org should be dismantled / destroyed. The things that creates them. But that includes other stuff. people should be given a chance, after capture. Even those people are someone's son, uncle, father ect.

  2.  Moon B  I do have more sympathy. But let's still have some sympathy for human beings. Literal cages, and starving seems needlessly cruel. I get the threat for retaliation. But force is already enough and I doubt it works.

  3.  Moon B  kids aren't seeing that(they rarely watch the news). And it's not doing anything for their poverty. Or their group of friends or local influence. Stopping the gangs and their recruitment is good enough. The rest is giving people hope and options. Trying to dissuade by crushing the human spirit, how does that seem like a good idea.
