  1. ​ @lookintoit4537  that's a bad solution because it's the starting position. Russia already agreed to not attack Ukraine and it did so. At a time when joining NATO had declined and stalled. It doesn't take from their insecurity..Russia invaded or interfered almost immediately and its ego doesn't allow former Soviet countries to live as they want. What started the war was an EU agreement with Ukraine in 2014.
