China does all of that. Are you saying they wouldn't do it to Russia? 100% they do. Minus the infrastructure thing which the US doesn't do to allies either.

@ChrisZ901 Go look it up. The comment I responded to didn't state sources either. Why are you being lazy and accepting what the original comment said without fact checking it. As well as your own life experience, you should have memory of some retalitative action taken by china by some perceived slight. The idea that China doesn't spy when the spy balloon incident happened is ridiculous. Or how china spies on its own citizens, not just in their country, but internationally. Like where and how did you guys come up with this fairy tale China that is a saint. So if he's talking about to china's allies it won't do this, which is BS since china has pretty much betrayed everyone, then the US wouldn't do this to it's allies any more than china would. And no ally is accusing the US of any of these claims.
