 @brentwood1334 No it seems the mom survived. But she was reported dead at first. Her baby died though.

@snaker9er I feel it could be read that way. Not saying it is. But if the reasoning is "they did this, so he did this". That could easily be interpreted or misinterpreted as saying that they caused it. As if their actions had any say in it. It's how people can read a reason. I think it's fine to say that no action, especially not talking to someone, is an excuse.
